1. Who can use Chattr

You must be 18 or older. By continuing you confirm that you are.

2. Your username and account

You choose a unique username. You are responsible for activity under it and for keeping your password secret.

3. Text only

The service supports text messages only. Do not attempt to upload or share files or media.

4. Your conduct

You agree not to use Chattr for anything illegal, including content that sexualizes minors, threats, harassment, stalking, fraud or scams, or to attack or overload the service.

5. Storage and review

You understand that messages are stored and may be reviewed by authorized staff for safety, security, legal and technical reasons, as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Other users

Users are strangers. We do not verify identities and are not responsible for what users say or do. Use your own judgment.

7. Suspension

We may suspend or remove access at any time, especially for illegal activity or serious harm.

8. No warranty and liability

Chattr is provided "as is" without guarantees of availability or safety. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for losses arising from use of the service.
